Please note that this document and the associated agenda documents are being continually updated as more information is received. The time of last update is noted at the bottom of this box.

You can access these documents in different ways.

• You can access each document separately by clicking on the item and viewing it or printing it.
  (note - items in blue are available now. Items in orange have not yet been provided by the author)

• You can access a "mega-pdf" that includes all available documents. Please note - I will update this periodically and will include the date of update in the pdf name. The current file is all documents through 1 July 2005.  If you choose this option you will want to want until the last possible minute to be sure to have all the documents - and beware, this is a HUGE document (well over 3 mb and 300+ pages).

• Please note: each document NAME refers to the agenda item. When possible this item number will also appear as a header on the document itself so it will show up when you print it. However many documents came to us as pdf’s and in this case the agenda item number will appear only in the document file name.
