Interim Report : Developing a Universal Declaration of Ethical Principles for Psychologists 
The Ad Hoc Joint Committee for the development of a Universal Declaration of Ethical Principles for Psychologists (Chair, Janel Gauthier, Canada) was convened by the International Union of Psychological Science  (IUPsyS), the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), and the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP).

The focus of the Ad Hoc Joint Committee is to develop a document to articulate  the principles and values for a common ethical framework for psychologists throughout the world that can be used as a justification and guide for the development of standards as appropriate for differing cultural contexts.
